You could challenge yourself to do an activity like this 30 times for 30 days. How about committing to eating your 5+ a day, always take the stairs instead of the lift, swapping alcohol for sparkling water, or get support from your friends and whānau to finally quit smoking.

No sweets - no sweat
After seeing firsthand the effects cancer can have on family members and friends. Luanna wanted to give back to the Cancer Society and raise money to support the services they provide to not only cancer patients, but their families and supporters as well. Luanna decided to create a fundraising page and raise money by giving up her favourite sweat treats for 30 days, by doing this she was able to raise over $400.
